I like how you shifted the focus from numbers to honesty. Asking what ‘enough’ looks like or when I’m most tempted to spend is a lot harder than checking an app, but it feels like the real work. Thanks for making clarity sound less like math homework and more like learning how to fly straight.

Never really asked myself any of these questions but now that I have read about em I think it's worth doing an assessment and asking myself what I value more than money and define what is enough for me in terms of finances.
